• Use of photo images and information by any news media organization will be deemed express acceptance and compliance with this Usage Policy.
• Photo images and information may not be reproduced, distributed, or otherwise displayed for any purpose other than news reporting.
• Photo images and information may not be altered or modified in any way.
• All photo images must be accompanied by an acknowledgement of Universal’s ownership in the photo images. The following legal line shall be used: “©2026 Universal Kids Resort. All Rights Reserved.”
• This Media Site and its contents are provided for informational purposes.  Universal Kids Resort is not liable for any inadvertent and/or typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.  Universal Kids Resort will correct errors when discovered.

If Universal Kids Resort discovers that I or the news and/or media organization I am associated with has violated any terms of this Usage Policy, I agree to cease using any and all content regarding Universal Kids Resort and that Universal Kids Resort expressly reserves the right to pursue any and all remedies available to it.
